Death is a very real thing. We have all become very aware of this fact over the past two years. Each of us will eventually encounter the moment of passing from our body.
How will you review your life? What will you think to yourself? Have you thought about your death process before? At the moment of death, will you have developed your sense of peace and surrender enough to flow seamlessly into the ethers?
Or will you have resistance?
Will you regret and mourn your unfulfilled expressions? The conversations you didn’t have, the things you wished you had said? The things you thought about but didn’t ever do?
There is much less to grieve in your own death... when you have fully lived. Do you feel complete?
